Across My Mind

“You can’t do that; that’s discriminatory!” Harsh words, and sometimes rather hasty. Throughout the ages women have protested time and again that their rights are being violated. The right to vote, the right to be in the military, the right to go to a certain college. All of which have been claimed to be violated. The Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection Clause is set up to ensure that rights should not be violated. But what exactly does it say?
