Unconstitutional, Unscientific Science

HARRISBURG, Pa.-
Last Tuesday a federal judge in Harrisburg Pennsylvania ruled that it is unconstitutional for a teacher to state in a public school to his or her students that evolution is a theory and cannot explain all the evidence put forth. My ears perked up as the face of John Williams disappeared to reveal pictures related to the event. My interest grew as I watched the newscast. Several references the Judge and the proponents of the ruling presented as the reasons to prevent the notion of Intelligent Design or ID from entering the classroom struck me as fishy.
